Aligned Creation is a six-week, Live Session guided experience designed to help you:

Reconnect with the wisdom of your body
Release the physical, emotional and energetic blocks that get in the way
Realign with your values, your desires, and your partner (if you have one)
Receive the support, tools, and healing you need to help you conceive

Week 3: Roots (Healing) Thursday November 6
Release what no longer serves you and prepare the ground for new life. This week is about healing emotional wounds, processing past losses, and embracing forgiveness. By letting go of inherited family patterns and generational pain, you not only free yourself from old cycles — you also free your child(ren) from carrying those same patterns, opening the way for them to begin life unburdened and connected to their true essence.

Who is this program for?
Aligned Creation is for individuals and couples preparing for conception — whether naturally or with assisted support such as IVF. It’s designed for those who want to deepen their connection to themselves, their partner, and their spirit baby while healing emotional, generational, and energetic blocks.
Do I need to be actively trying to conceive to join?
Not at all. Some participants are actively trying, while others are preparing their bodies, minds, and hearts for conception in the near future. This journey is about creating fertile ground on every level, whenever the timing is right for you.
Will this replace medical care?
No. Aligned Creation is a complementary, holistic program that works alongside any medical support you may be receiving. While it can help open the door to natural conception, it is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. The practices you will experience help reduce stress, strengthen resilience, and prepare your whole self for conception.
What if I don’t have a partner?
This program welcomes both individuals and couples. Many practices can be done solo, and if you are calling in parenthood as a single, or if you have a partner and they are not able to attend with you, you’ll still receive the full benefit of aligning your body, mind, and spirit for conception.
What if I’ve experienced loss or trauma in the past?
You are welcome here. Aligned Creation is a safe and compassionate space with Trauma Informed practitioners. Each week offers gentle practices and support to help you heal past pain, release inherited patterns, and move forward with hope and resilience.
How much time should I expect to commit?
The program is designed as a deep reset for you body, mind and soul. You’ll attend two live 90-minute session each week Thursdays with Joanne and Tuesday with the expert guests. (with replays available). No live call on November 11, Rememberance day. It's 90 minute yoga session will be available on demand. You will also have the option to engage with short, 15-minute daily practices.
What if I can’t attend live?
All sessions are recorded and available for replay. You’ll still receive the full benefit of the practices, teachings, and guest expert sessions even if you can’t join live.
When are the Live Classes Held?
Our live classes are held on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 pm Saskatchewan (CST). GMT-6

Saskatchewan does not observe Daylight Savings, so when the clocks change in November, our class time will stay the same here but may shift for you depending on your location. You will be able to subscribe to a Google Calender that
show correct time in your time zones so you can plan with ease. And of course, all classes are recorded if you can’t make it live. We’ll always send reminder emails to ensure you're right on time.
Is there a community component?
Yes. You’ll be part of a supportive group of like-minded individuals and couples walking this journey together. There is forum style engagement within the course hub as well as the extra What'sApp private group for deeper engagement. This community aspect helps you feel seen, understood, and held throughout the six weeks.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
You’ll walk away with a set of sustainable practices you can carry forward — tools for emotional resilience, body awareness, spirit baby connection, and relational harmony — plus the clarity to continue your fertility journey with trust and empowerment. There will also be access to discounted opportunities to work deeper with select program facilitators.

What kind of results can I expect?
Results look different for everyone. While conception cannot be guaranteed, you will leave with tools, clarity, and alignment that support your fertility journey.
