In this 75-minute live fertility masterclass, I’ll introduce a simple but essential framework to make the road to pregnancy easier.
Every human system is constantly negotiating three biological non-negotiables:
Safety
Can my body, mind, and soul tolerate what pregnancy, birth, and parenthood would require of me? Is it safe?
Identity / Meaning
Who would I have to become — and would I lose myself, my relationship, or my career?
Action / Movement
What would I be asked to give, risk, or reorganize? Can I carry the responsibility of a child?
These are biological requirements.
When safety, identity, and action are in balance, the nervous system remains settled.
When action or expectation exceeds what the system can comfortably hold, the body shifts into protection.
Not getting pregnant can be communication that one or more of these needs is asking to be addressed.
Why This Matters for Fertility
For many couples, trying to conceive slowly becomes more effortful than expected.
Not because something is wrong —
but because one or more of these non-negotiables has been quietly exceeded.
This often shows up as:
- stressfully tracking and monitoring
- living in ongoing uncertainty
- feeling unable to fully relax or rest
- riding an emotional rollercoaster
- trying to do everything possible to fix the issue
- sex becoming a chore instead of love
- putting life on hold
- fearing you’re losing yourself in the process
When this happens, the body moves into protection instead of receptivity.
What This Masterclass Will Do
In this class, I won’t give you another plan to follow or something to “fix.”
I’ll help you understand:
- why trying harder isn’t the solution
- how to keep the safety–identity–action triad working together instead of against you
- what the system really needs in order to open and create life
This isn’t about forcing pregnancy.
It’s about understanding what’s in the way and helping create the internal alignment needed for conception.
Come learn how to take the stress out of conception and support the body in feeling safe enough to receive.
